Uptown RegionThe uptown region of Keibetsu is a bit different than the downtown region. The middle and lower class citizens reside here. There are more business and work related properties here compared to downtown. While this region isn't as festive or as bright as downtown it's still a fair area with plenty to offer to the community. The crime rate in the uptown region is moderate. SUB-BOARDS

Downtown RegionThe downtown region of Keibetsu is a suprisingly a bustling, bright area which is always busy.There is almost always something going on and even the night life is exciting. From shopping centers to nightclubs to the quaint little park and fancy restaurants...it can all be found in the downtown district. Note the mention the majority of the upper class residents of Keibetsu reside in the Downtown Area. The crime rate is rather low in the Downtown region. SUB-BOARDS

 The Projects

The Keibetsu Projects is also known as the "poor" part of town. Located to the west of the rest of the city not much can be found in the projects aside from run down buildings and old factories. The less fortunate residents reside here. It is a hot-spot for drugs and gang violence. The crime rate is high in the Keibetsu projects. SUB-BOARDS

Keibetsu Academy

Keibetsu academy is an alternative school built for students grades 8-12. It's a disciplinary school founded to attempt to help "troubled" students. Keibetsu Academy is notorious for fight break outs, bomb threats, and drug problems. It's located just west of the projects. The crime rate withing the school is moderate-high.

 Public School DistrictThe public school district in an area that contains public schools that are for the rest of the general population of Keibetsu. The ones that aren't bad enough to get sent to the academy stay here. The schools are located near the Uptown region and consist of three separate buildings for the grade schoolers, junior high-schoolers, high-schoolers and even the college can be found here. There are over eight hundred students that cram in the schools. The crime rate within the schools are moderate to low. SUB-BOARDS
