It had definitely been a weird day so for the typically calm and rational man. He unexpectedly ran into Reiko during a bad deal and somehow managed to get her on board with teaching their less than great marijuana supplier a lesson. Which was great, however soon after while awaiting orders Ryota had taken an accidental plunge into the water- something he obviously was less than pleased about since this meant he had to deliver those drugs while being completely soaked and covered in sand.

The car ride from the beach to the projects wasn't far enough for him to have dried off, so as they pulled into the parking lot of a closed down business, the location he had been given, he felt a minute bit of anxiety. Something that was rare for someone who's brain worked the way his did. He rarely concerned himself with the “what ifs” of life. However, when it came down to business he couldn't help but to worry about disappointing his leader. After-all, his place was with them.

His clothes were still drenched in ocean water, and due to the sand his feet had picked up so he refused to put his socks and shoes back on. He sighed, looking over to Reiko who had agreed to join him in finishing the deal they had started. ”Guess we can just go ahead and get this over with.” He said somewhat casually, his voice leaving no hints of the frustrations he felt.

He exited the car after popping the trunk open, still barefooted he made sure to keep an eye for anything he could hurt his feet on. He took the bag containing pounds of tree, closed the trunk and began to carefully walk to the back of the building. He approached a metal door, banging on it a couple of times as he looked around, making sure no one aside from his own were watching.

She ran into Ryota, got to beat up that male for him because he had been late, got to see Ryota fall in the water, not that she'd admit to it, and was getting the chance to kill time by assisting Ryota with dropping off the drugs as means of finishing this deal. She had taken notice of the fact that Ryota wasn't dry as they arrived at the destination. It was too bad, she hoped that he was feeling somewhat better even though he was soaking wet still. Ryota spoke and she nodded her head to him, opening up the car door she would exit before closing the door behind her. She headed towards the building, pausing to wait for Ryota before walking with him to the building. She'd glance around them to make sure that nobody was watching besides other yankan. She'd watch as Ryota banged on the door of the building. As far as she had noticed the only one there was their own.

The abandoned building in question once belonged to a now bankrupt company of which Ignacy was once employed. Despite its fairly new condition & relatively advanced security systems, like most failed businesses within the projects, it was left to rot. Since the incident, WR had turned it into a throwaway warehouse, waiting to be toppled to the ground with a single word if ever threatened or compromised. Likewise, the parking lot was completely empty & devoid of light, bringing about an ominous unease that was sure to shadow over anyone who passed by.

The banging of the door echoed into the night, closely followed by an anxious silence that loomed over the pair while the door awaited attention. After a few moments, it gave way with an aching shriek, opening just enough to reveal the silhouette of a tiny, unmistakable figure. Normally, one might expect to deliver news or results to someone who would then report to WR directly, or at the very least that one of their many close hands would answer the door of an outwardly insecure building such as this one. But as the years went on, WR became much more direct & interactive with their devotees. After all, the closer they managed operations, the more could get done, & the less could go wrong.

A single, yellow bulb flickered on above head as the door came to a squeaking stop, which seemed to ignite the evergrowing flame trapped inside WR's eyes.

"The hell happened to you?" they demanded, glancing Ryota up & down before settling on the bag, which they reached for with a single hand. "Punk put up that good of a fight, huh?" they added, cocking an eyebrow. Their gaze then traveled to Reiko, which seemed to prompt a bit of confusion. "And you needed help?" they scoffed, giving a loose shake of their head. "Maybe you weren't the guy for the job, yeah?" 

As usual, it was difficult to read to the intended language of their words, but something about all these questions was strangely threatening...

"I'm fucking with you," they finally chuckled, moving aside enough for them to enter the building. "Come on, we've got something to talk about."
