APPEARANCE Goro is decent looking, although he doesn't try very hard to make himself look nice. His dyed blue hair rests as a wavy mop at the top of his head most of the time, and due to lack of sleep, he usually looks very tired, complete with eye bags and pale skin. Most days, he wears ripped jeans, a solid colored t-shirt, and whatever hoodie he sees first. His ideal fashion style is very simple.PERSONALITY Goro keeps to himself the most of the time, and usually only talks to people if confronted. He is a very simple person, he likes things simple, and if things aren't simple, he might get a bit flustered. Because of this, he is an organized person and likes things to be in their places. His language is very minimal, he responds with little words unless with very close friends in which he opens up a little more. Goro is very compliant, and is very agreeable towards doing tasks and bending opinions.
BACKGROUND Goro was born and spent the most of his childhood in the Uptown region of Keibetsu. His parents were the ordinary run-of-the-mill office workers, so his family has always had just enough to provide for each other, and nothing more.Goro never had the pleasure (or a pain) of a sibling, so he was on his own for a lot of his life. He also never grew too close to his parents. They were there for him to feed him and maybe build a puzzle with him occasionally, but nothing more. So many days when Goro wasn't at school, he found himself walking to the Keibetsu Library. But when Goro entered through the doors, he barely skimmed by the books- what he really went to the library for was the internet and the access to music. Goro didn't have any preference for what genre of music he liked, because he loved all kinds of music. He would rush to the computers every day to listen to the new and old musical trends. By the time he hit middle school, Goro could have probably sang any song by hearing it's title. In his teenage years, he did a lot of yard work, eventually saving up enough money to buy an mp3 player for himself- and a few treats occasionally when he felt like it. It seemed as if life couldn't get any better. Until he turned 16; in the year 2016. News got out that there was a new gang in town. People around town were scared, worried for their safety, but not Goro. His naive butt didn't even hear about it until the Yankan came knocking at his doorstep. Technically, he wasn't home at the time, but when he did eventually arrive at his house, he was horrified at the sight of his parents dead in the living room with slit throats and the drawers raided of most of their money. From that day on he was an orphan. For many months he wondered how he could have changed things. If only he had grown closer with his parents; if maybe he had come home sooner. Eventually, he shrugged it off and thought it is what it is. He lived in a crappy orphanage until he turned 18, when he moved into an even crappier apartment. Before this, during a large portion of high school, he had to live through many school shootings, students and adults offering him drugs, an the talk about the second gang that lurked around the town: the Inago. Goro was living on his own in his apartment, but his savings began to dwindle. He needed a job; a real one besides yard work. For two months he went job searching, but since his level of schooling was a high school diploma, he couldn't find a job good enough to support him. So he turned to the thing he hoped he wouldn't have to turn to: a job with the gangs. But he refused to work with the Yankan; they had killed his parents. Unforgivable. But the Inago, on the other hand, had done nothing to hurt him. He began to help them smuggle drugs locally and to towns outside of Keibetsu, and it was enough to provide for himself. A couple years pass and we are here in the present. He's had a few close calls with the police, but he's gotten by and currently chilling and living a decent life. The best life that a smuggler can get. |
