Their leader is unknown but they seem to control most of the project areas of the city. They are said to be to main source of physical violence and robberies among civilians, and are rumored to the top movers of illegal firearms and substances in the city. special roles associated with this group: Leader: CLAIMED BY WILLOW-ROWAN HARTHE Second-In Charge: Unknown/Unclaimed the inago The Inago is the second gang to appear in Keibetsu (rumored to have started in the early in the early 2000's) and compose of roughly seven hundred members. They are believed to be more centralized in the uptown areas of the city, and are rumored to be from the more upper-class communities. It is also believed that they play a big part in bribing politicians to make decisions to benefit their drug market. Their jobs are to uphold the peace of Keibetsu at any cost. Police officers, investigators, politicians and members of the Special Task Forces are what compose this group. They claim to be all for the city and reclaiming what was lost to violence. The Task Force is s a sub group that is close-knit with the cities police force, they are primarily focused in shutting down the gangs. They have their own set of detectives, investigators and officers. They are neither gang members or government officials. However, the commoners are most effected by the ongoing power struggle between the groups, they are most at risk of violence and crime.
