But, the Yankan and Inago have been coming in hot, feuding over who will win, who will gain control of our once thriving city at the expense of innocent lives. The government officials are doing everything they can to stop them, but they can't all be trusted either, can they? Life has been turned upside by the greedy and malicious hands of the gangs, officers and politicians and our once safe city, is no longer that. It is time for us to start picking sides, or hiding, because this is only the beginning the decline..."

Keibetsu Penitentiary NO THREADS HAVE MADE IN THIS BOARD. The Keibetsu Penitentiary is where all the criminals who were actually caught get to serve their time. The prison is a maximum facility prison, but unfortunately rumors say that some of the guards have been sneaking in contraband for the inmates. A vast area, dotted with many graves, some dating back to the year the island was founded . A forest of gloomy trees surround the area, on three sides giving a haunting appearance while the north side is a cliff that overlooks the ocean. Nibui Beach enjoying the water / o by Deleted The long western coastline of Keibetsu is known as Nibui Beach. It is certainly no golden, glowing holiday spot as its sands are sludgy and greyish with a consistency like cement, and oddly enough the weather is almost always horrid.
