SCHRIDER ELI MALE BISEXUAL TWENTY-TWO 5 FT 9" 176 lbs. HAZEL BROWN APPEARANCE To say the least, Eli is built well for his height, muscles gained mostly out of necessity for keeping his head above the water. He has dark brown hair that lays somewhat messy and falls to the base of his neck, a few strands of his bangs falling even lower in the front. Framing a thin and steeled face. His eyes thst are normally hazel, predominately bright brown  or red color in dark lighting- are as hardened and cold as his expression, stand somewhat hidden behind his bangs. However, even his steeled demeanor can't hide his foxy streak - the boy unable but to get himself into problematic situations. His choice of dress is just as unique as the hair that covers his head. Atop his head he typically wears goggles, and depending on the weather a colored toboggan. His shirts are typically blue, pink or red in color. His shirts, which tend to be tight, runs down past his waist, falling in styled tatters around his thighs, occasionally which he'll wear white studded belts, crisscrossing over his hips resting atop of the shirt. Usually, from the left side, a single strap with a buckle at the end hangs to just above his knee. Either A blue or red Jacket is worn atop of this. He is hardly ever seen without wearing tight black gloves, black or gray for the most part. PERSONALITY INQUISITIVE- Eli is a detective by nature. Always questioning why, who, what, where and when. He always believes there is a story to be told and that there is always an underlying motive. He lives to find and bring the truth to the surface and will do so by any means necessary. DAUNTLESS- Fear is not something Eli understands, he tries to live without it. He is headstrong and has no issues diving head first into unknown and potentially dangerous situations. He is fueled by determination, especially when there is opportunity to discover something more from it. He is fully aware his bravery is a double edged sword though, having gotten him into trouble more times than once. ATTENTIVE- From a young age Eli has mastered his watchful eye, noticing things most others might not. He thrives off of knowing what is happening in the world around him, making his job as a journalist the perfect fit for him. Eli can almost read people, noticing when they get nervous or upset before others might. That bag that guy passed to the other guy under the table? Yeah, he noticed. COMPASSIONATE- The hardest part of being a journalist, is wanting to help the people you watch get hurt. Eli feels deeply for other people and the troubles they go through. He tries not to show it, but underneath his icy semi-icy layers is a warm heart, that just wants to make things better. He finds himself often morally compromised as he digs to figure out the world around him without dragging anyone down. CUMMING- Over the years Eli has developed a sense of slyness, often finding himself sneaking around to find or "acquire" information. Though usually with good intentions, Eli can come off as somewhat deceitful and manipulative in order to gain access to what he needs (usually involving getting the truth and a story). His parents were pretty traditional, they had one child, and owned their own newspaper company. His life revolved around his parents and their business, as soon as he was old enough to walk, read, write and speak they put him to work. He spent long nights after school helping them print their papers, they worked closely with a few elite journalists who soon quit on them, for reasons young Eli wouldn't learn until he was 18. His senior year of high school became a pivotal moment in his life, his father had been doing his own investigations, acting as his own journalist, because the ones who had worked for him previously felt the conditions weren't safe and that the stories weren't worth the risk. He was working on uncovering a story about a notorious gang in the city and their grasp on the community when he was shot and killed. His mother was devastated and wound up selling their company and moving with Eli to a small town in Wisconsin. Eli, finished high school despite the tragic event. His mother put him through college, where he picked up the family tradition. He studied journalism, in an attempt to still feel close to his roots. He graduated at the age of twenty-one and gained an internship through a popular news company. While working on mundane political justice stories he caught wind of the "most dangerous city". A city being ripped apart from the inside out by rival gangs, stories of politicians being bribed to look the other way, innocent people being killed for seeing or hearing too much. He had to find out what was happening and why. He felt a need to find out and to let the world know. With his mothers support he uprooted his life, and found himself in the infested city of Kiebetsu. For two years, he's been threatened by the yankan and inago, intimidated by police, and even heckled by fellow news journalists. But despite that Eli has gained a name for himself, as he's been privately publishing news online and as a whistleblower to local news companies on the citie officials and gangs wrongdoings.
