APPEARANCE He has been called handsome many times, and his cultivated charm and nature to flirt with anything that moves helps quite a bit in continuing to receive said compliment. He has his mother's blue eyes, and shoulder length orange hair, styled differently every time he steps out of the house, depending on his whims. Generally well-groomed, outfitted in tailored and high-brand clothing, with a lightly muscled body maintained through daily gym visits, he strikes the most typical image of a rich kid who cares for his image. One would think it's vanity, but his outward image is purposefully curated in a way that makes it ideal to keep his status known, and not deter potential opportunities from approaching him. PERSONALITY Seijou was always an outgoing kid, and continues to be so in his early twenties. He's the heart of the party, and makes sure to keep that position any way he can, especially when it's being threatened by another. He likes the attention his money and his looks get him, and he makes sure to use both to his full advantage. Through many unpleasant experiences, he's come to the conclusion that he cannot always get his way just by being who he is, and since he enjoys getting his way one way or another, he also knows when to play the smaller man, though it takes a toll on him mentally, and he tends to take out the pent up frustration on people he can get away with bullying. He says he enjoys a good gamble, but with everything in his life, he will not indulge if the odds are against him. He has the means to shift the odds most of the time, so it's not that big of a problem. Plus, winning at anything puts him in a good mood, and most of the people around him strive to keep him in that good mood, so, sometimes, the world itself shifts in his favor without him having to lift a finger.
BACKGROUND Sei was born to a career politician and the daughter of a very wealthy business man, which situated him in the center of wealth and comfort during his childhood, and subsequent teenage years. He had everything he wanted if it was of material nature, was rarely ever denied anything, and admitting faults was discouraged by both his parents and his extended family when the opposition was anyone with a lower income than the Fujiwaras. However, being the only child of a family with such prestige had its downs. As he grew up more and more, he was allowed to do and say less, for fear of doing anything that could sully the image of his father. Compassion in the household was scarce, and eventually he came to despise both his parents equally, mostly for their occasional restrictions on his monetary allowance and their demands for a social image he did not care for. He was forced into multiple activities and hobbies that were merely fronts created by his parents to expanding his connections, and even sent abroad to study, half as a punishment for his excessive partying and the subsequent scandals created through that, and half as a way to elevate their son into their own league of people with a few titles and a nice degree in Business. When he came back home, he had indeed become a changed man, but only in mind. He continued his leisurely rich lifestyle, this time with a better grip on maintaining a good image so he could get his parents to stop bothering him, and with a few ambitions of his own, chief amongst them a desire to get rid of the nagging once and for all, and eventually transfer a few assets to his own name. |
