The last one he attended was a masquerade. It was probably the best one he’d ever attended. Just as the night was about to end and Wolfram would excuse himself, the person whom he longed for the most showed up and they shared a dance together under the moonlight. It was the best moment of his life, despite their complicated relationship they called a truce that night and enjoyed themself. Just thinking about it Wolfram closed his eyes with a soft sigh.[break][break] Oh how he wished he could go back to that time, go back to having the man in his arms instead of now, waking up to an empty bed and a longing heart. Oh how the mind was a cruel mistress. The memories one has of the past was a beautiful and horrible thing to have. If only it were Wolf’s memories who’d erased, would it be easier for both parties? Reaching down to squeeze the angel wing on his forearm he sighed softly. Might as well get this over with. He needed to show up at this damn thing to get his name to spread further to reach that person.[break][break] Walking back inside Wolfram closed his curtains to shed the clothing he had on, his scar shining bright on his back. Another battle wound he wore with pride, but hid from the public. Slipping into his new attire he looked in the mirror, he looked nice like always. An overly fancy suit for the Gala but it was perfect for the guest that would be there. All high class pricks wanting to show their wealth and power. While Wolf had never been someone with either (own his own) he detested the people but he could do it for his goal, for his fame.[break][break] Once he was dressed Wolfram moved to fix his hair, wanting to look the best he could, after all, you never knew when you would run into the person you were looking for. Actually, reaching over to his bedside table he grabbed his 9mm gun, checking the chamber. Tossing his jacket off Wolf grabbed his gun holster, slipping it over his shoulders, he placed the gun in place before putting his jacket back on, securing it. You never knew when you needed to kill something. Buttoning his jacket he adjusted his tie, flipping his hair over his shoulder, heading over to the door. [break][break] Stepping outside he saw the vehicle pulling up, a bright smile played on Wolfram’s face. Walking over to the vehicle he waited for the driver to open the door, winking playfully at the driver Wolf settled himself in the car. The moment the door was closed he let out a click of his tongue ring against his teeth. ”How annoying.” Wolfram sighed, getting comfortable in his seat, crossing one leg over the other waiting for the driver to move. [break][break] His silver eyes peered over at Sei with a grin, looking him over he wanted to say something but for the moment he just looked amused. Resting his elbow on the doorframe, Wolfram looked outside instead. ”At least you’re on time.” he gave a soft murmur, focusing on the outside world instead of his partner for the night. |
